The Free plan (50 conversations/month) lets you try with zero commitment. If your site does serious traffic, €19 covers 500 conversations/month — fits 95% of small businesses we see.
The €29 Admin plan adds the assistant inside wp-admin. Only worth it if you actually publish content every week. If you don’t, stay on €19.
Three things you do on day one
1. Install the plugin and paste your tenant key
From wp-admin → Plugins install Animam, paste the API key you got at signup. The chat bubble appears on your site. The plugin pushes your published posts and pages to the agent’s knowledge base in real time. No manual training, no copy-paste.
2. Connect the agent to your existing contact form
If you have WPForms installed (most small business sites do), enable the bridge in Animam → Settings → Bridges. The agent reads your form fields and submits the form for visitors who want to book. The entry lands in WPForms entries — your existing “new submission” email keeps firing, your Zapier rules keep working. Zero migration.
3. Add a FAQ schema to your home and pricing pages

Will it work without me touching wp-admin?
Yes. After install, the chatbot runs on its own. Auto-syncs new content. Submits your existing form when visitors are ready. You don’t open wp-admin unless you want to.
Do I have to recreate my contact form inside Animam?
No. The bridge submits the WPForms form you already have. Same fields, same validation, same automation. The agent does what a human visitor would do.
What if I don't use WPForms?
Right now WPForms is the only form bridge. Contact Form 7 and Gravity Forms are on the roadmap — if you use one of those, ping us and we’ll prioritise. In the meantime, the agent can still email you the visitor’s request as plain text.
What if I don't want to pay €19?
Free plan covers 50 conversations/month, fully featured for the visitor chat. For a quiet local business that’s often enough — try it free, upgrade when you need more.
Will it answer questions outside my expertise?
It only knows your published WP content. If a visitor asks something off-topic, it politely redirects. No hallucinated promises, no off-brand answers.
